Charged to the seller on the price obtained:
  - 6,05 % (= 5% + 21% vat) on the amount from €0,- to € 100.000,-
  - 3,63 % (= 3% + 21% vat) on the amount above € 100.000,-
Rent :
- Renting (seasonal renting)
 1) Charged to the letter :
   - On exclusive assignment 15,73 % of the rent
   - On non-exclusive assignment 16,94 % of the rent
 2) Charge to the tenant :
